- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 cup sauerkraut

Directions
- Brown Hamburger and onions, season to taste
- Drain and cook sauerkraut for 10 minutes
- Put hamburger in bottom of 2 ½ or 3-quart casserole, put sauerkraut over top
- Top with mashed potatoes
- Cover and back at 350F for 45 minutes
