  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 1 3oz Can of Mushrooms
  • 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Flour Noodles or Rice


  1. Brown meat
  2. Add water and mushrooms (with liquid)
  3. Stir in soup mix
  4. Heat to boiling
  5. Add sour cream and flour
  6. Cook until the broth thickens
  7. Serve over noodles or rice
