Coconut aminos are a popular condiment made from the sap of coconut blossoms. It’s a dark, rich, and slightly sweet sauce that resembles soy sauce but is soy-free and gluten-free. Coconut aminos are commonly used as a substitute for soy sauce in cooking and seasoning dishes. They add depth of flavor and are suitable for people with soy or gluten sensitivities.
