How to Freeze the Pepperoni Pizza casserole

  • 1 ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup green olives chopped
  • 1 4 oz can of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 8oz package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 12oz package wide noodles
  • 2 10oz cans pizza sauce
  • 1 8oz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp pepper


  • Brown beef with onions, olives, mushrooms, and spices
  • Pour mixture in to a 4-quart baking dish
  • Cook noodles and drain
  • Combine noodles with beef mixture and all remaining ingredients except the cheese.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the top
  • Back at 350 F in oven covered for 45 minutes
