Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cans Kidney Beans drained and rinsed.
  • 2 cups Salsa
  • 2 cups Water
  • 8 Tortillas cut into 1.5-inch squares
  • 1 cup Mexican Cheese, shredded
  • 2/3 cup Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Brown meant & drain
  2. Add seasoning, beans, salsa & water
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Simmer on for five minutes
  5. Stir in tortillas & top with cheese
  6. Cover and let stand for five minutes
  7. Serve and top with sour cream, chopped lettuce and tomatoes, if desired
